Hi folks, just thought I'd say hi from over here in Germany. My trip has been going very well. Our stopover in Shanghai turned out to be fairly uneventful - it was very misty and dismal, so we didn't bother going into the city.

I'm 99.5% certain this is staff form everyone is learning at the moment. May be useful over the holidays if you're practising and forget something.

The challenge: Side splits in 75 days.
The technique: 15 minutes to an hour a day on a big blue Swiss ball that is slightly deflated with each sitting.
The results: Well, day 14 and the ball is indeed going down nicely but it's murder on the inner knees and lower back. It is impossible to judge how far away from my groin the floor is at this time but the theory seems sound, just letting the thing deflate slowly so you don't panic and tense up when you've reached the limits of one's groin...

I finally managed to get onto and website and I have to say I'm impressed. You've done an awesome job so far and there's so much potential for more! This will be an excellent resource!

I'm looking forward to popping by the rose gardens and saying hi sometime, my chemo is knocking me around a bit more than last time tho but hopefully next week my count will be up so I can stop by on wednesday perhaps.
My condition has improved heaps so far, I'm back to eating solids...slowly....and swallowing is heaps easier.
