
That's my first challenge down. At first, I thought a 100 second horse stance was something I could already do. Then I realised one-and-a-half minutes is only 90 seconds.
Yeah, it is a very psychological challenge. I guess having a good introduction to the stance helped out quite a bit. On my first class, Mike told me that a 1 minute horse stance was a requirement to progress to the next level. I misunderstood, thinking it was something I should already have been able to do. So only being able to do 40 seconds on the first week was slightly embarrassing for me.

ok i've started posting my wushu "hi scores" here. I guess you could count it as my 100 day challenge thing, but really, it's just an attempt to replace facebook high scores with wushu high scores.
