100 kicks

Did my 100 kicks today. Planning on doing them about twice a week.

20 min workout

Since the one thing holding me back the most is flexibility, my 20 min routine is going to be concentrated on stretching.

Warm up with 20-30 burpees or a 5 min run. Then go through the movements of a form (for now the spear form).

Relaxed stretching, waiting for the muscle to relax and then go futher down, then repeat 2 more times to stretch even further. Use this style of stretching for front, side and back leg stretch. In between the sets I will do some dynamic and light ballistic stretching, and every 2nd day PNF stretching.

One thing that I've always struggled on in wushu is flexibility. I admit at times I've been a bit (and sometimes very) lazy on stretching but for the past 3 weeks I have done it almost every night normally for just over half an hour.
