anyone have any tips to share on stretching?
please only tips that come from your experience, not something you've read on the net! if anyone's searched about stretching on the net, they would most likely come upon sites that copy the entire text by this dude called brad appleton who's released some interesting stuff aaages ago on the net. nothing more annoying that a site that only forwards information because you know that they really don't know anything if they have to just copy and paste 
but yeah, share anything, even it's something little
