Blue balls

The challenge: Side splits in 75 days.
The technique: 15 minutes to an hour a day on a big blue Swiss ball that is slightly deflated with each sitting.
The results: Well, day 14 and the ball is indeed going down nicely but it's murder on the inner knees and lower back. It is impossible to judge how far away from my groin the floor is at this time but the theory seems sound, just letting the thing deflate slowly so you don't panic and tense up when you've reached the limits of one's groin...
