20 min workout

Since the one thing holding me back the most is flexibility, my 20 min routine is going to be concentrated on stretching.

Warm up with 20-30 burpees or a 5 min run. Then go through the movements of a form (for now the spear form).

Relaxed stretching, waiting for the muscle to relax and then go futher down, then repeat 2 more times to stretch even further. Use this style of stretching for front, side and back leg stretch. In between the sets I will do some dynamic and light ballistic stretching, and every 2nd day PNF stretching.

Then onto the side splits and front splits, holding each one for 5 mins.

Finish off with some shoulder (side, back and front) and wrist stretches.

I've been doing a pretty similar routine to this for the past 2 weeks and I have been able to go a bit further in my stretches although it hasn't really shown when i do dynamic movements. Ah well can't expect too much too soon
