
Hiya, as mentioned in class. Let's get the 100 burpees challenge started!
This is for anyone, even if you're not a student.
Here, there are 2 challenges:
Challenge 1:
Timed
How long does it take you to complete 100 burpees?
instructions:
1) start the clock
2) do as many burpees as you can if you don't reach 100, rest, keep count and continue on until you get 100
3) stop the clock. the measured time is how long it takes you to do 100, including any rest periods in between
Challenge 2:
Untimed
Second challenge is to see who is able to do 100 burpees in a row.
For either or both of these, would be nice if you could get a witness or a video of yourself doing these burpees 
Kinds of burpees.
One of two kinds of burpees are acceptable.
Burpee 1: squat -> extend legs back into pushup position -> pull legs in -> jump
Burpee 2: squat -> extend legs back into pushup position -> 1 pushup -> pull legs in -> jump
