
Man, so about a year ago I posted on my msn space that after a workout I drank milk and it tasted sweet. This time it happened with water! I guess training first thing in the morning before brekkie can be an alternative to miracle fruit!
I wonder if it will make disgusting molasses taste good.
Anyway, 12 burpees by 12 starjumps x 8 is pretty hard. At some points I ended up just lifting my arms to keep time 
I also took a measure of my body fat and weight:
68.1kg, 17% fat, 16/08/08
looking back on my past records in my msn blog, 17% means I'm pretty chubby 
I was 16.7% at 64.7 kg in Dec 2006. So I must have gained some muscle mass. Which is good 
How much I have no idea how to calculate, but probably only a couple of kgs.
Now, how do I import blogs to my msn space? dangit
